I would think earlier than Sept, OTBOA was released end of June, so this is close to that.

Just a hunch, but I don't expect anything over the holiday weekend.  Earliest I would expect anything is late next week.  I guess I would consider that "soon."  The sucky thing is even if we get the info we want it still is months before the album comes out.

It's been a month since the in studio video was posted, maybe we will get episode two along with the track list and artwork in the next couple of days!  or maybe that's just hopeless optimism.

It's risky. We don't know how the band, assuming they don't know already informally, would react if "officially" notified that a bit of their still unreleased music leaked in some way.

Honestly, I think they'd be cool with it, especially JR. Technically it came from an official source (whether they intended it to be decipherable or not), so it's their own fault.
