Seriously, I was assuming an announcement of some sort about the new album on Friday when the tickets went on general sale. After all, this upcoming tour is promoting DT12. Not knocking them though, in fact I guess its a testament to both the band and the fanbase that DT can put on these shows and the tickets are selling pretty well

lol with the exception of dozens of bans for posting/hinting at leaked material, i don't recall the adtoe thread being this bad (at least for like the last 2 pages; the rest has been pretty standard fare for DT hype). Although DT threads going insaner than they usually are could be indicative of overdue DT news I'm putting $100 on a new single on monday (monopoly currency).

Yep that's how it went down for adtoe. I distinctly remember seeing "on the backs of angels" and being like "DUDE THIS IS GONNA BE SO BADASS" and then eventually realized it was one of the singles (and not an epic prog opener). And despite being an obligatory DT single, it turned out to be one of my favorite songs on the album.

I'm hoping for a track list....soon. The mixing is done, and I believe that's when the order of songs--the track list--is determined. New song won't be out until mastering has been mostly completed, or the album is ready for release.

This! That's the reason why I made a suggestion of lock because the amount of off-topic posts. But it was only a suggestion.
