Rap artists that use samples almost always redo the songs themselves.  If you use the actual sample from someone elses recording it costs *a lot* more than if you record it yourself.  Public Enemy learned this the hard way and basically earned nothing from the first album or two.

OR just make sure the recordings you're sampling are owned by the same record company you're on.

Well they better not make any features blu-ray/dvd-specific.. A teenage weakling like me can't afford the dvd AND a blu-ray player.

I think they clarified that the 360 feature will be a web-based service, so it will probably be accessible via a web browser.
Maybe they'll include some codes in order to get verified and have access to the service, this is one possible solution i think.
