My answer depends on the day.  BAI and BiTS clicked immediately for me, I had a brief affair with BMUBMD, and the past few days it's been This is the Life and Beneath the Surface.  I'm really really happy with the album though.

Gaps between songs are not that far, meaning this album is consistent while being excellent. BITS wins it for me, with BAI being very close. I still adore OTBOA as well, and I am wondering if that is because I played it 1,000 times since the day it was released. Even then, it's still a great song and to be my third speaks of the staying power of the top 3 from this album (hopefully).

Really hard to choose, my current favorite is probably "Bridges in the Sky," but "Beneath the Surface" had me for a while after first listen, and "Breaking All Illusions" has to be the best of the album. I'm sure the song I want to listen to most often on the album, which I would consider current favorite, will change now and then, but BAI will remain #1 as the /best/ song for me.

Besides all the obvious answers (BAI, Outcry, LNF, and BITS), the song that really brings out many emotions in me is Far From Heaven. That tune is beautiful, and possibly the most beautiful song since Vacant. Beneath The Surface also does the same to me, but not always; only if I listen the album beginning to end.

Breaking, Bridges, Outcry and LNF are pretty much interchangeable as the best song on the album(although I usually feel like BAI has a slight edge over the rest, currently I prefer LNF, before that Outcry was the favorite), OTBOA comes closely behind. The rest is much weaker material, but the album as a whole is amazingly strong.

The rest is basically a free-for-all. Remarkably consistent album. Heaven's probably at the bottom, and Build isn't much higher, but they're if they're the worst, they're the worst of a very good bunch.
