It has everything I love about DT.

This exactly. There's something about that song. Although DT has 'evolved' through their career that song for some reason revives within me the feeling I used to have as a sophomore in High School, staying up all night drawing and listening to Images and Words over...and over.....and over.....

I remember when ADTOE was released I mentioned to someone that BAI was the song I've been waiting my whole life to hear. Some folks may not dig it as much and certainly there can be valid arguments made that it's not even DT's best song.....but that doesn't change how that song does something to my mind when I hear it.....it's hard to explain.

Outcry by far. That instrumental section is absolutely amazing, but the fact that it's surrounded by softer, melodic parts, as well as a grand and epic chorus for contrast, really gives it virtually every side of DT.

Breaking All Illusions by a lot. It's like a combination of Learning to Live and Lines in the Sand.

Lost Not Forgotten is the second best, just barely better than Bridges. Then This is the Life, then Beneath the Surface, the maybe Outcry, Far From Heaven, and Build. No genuinely bad songs on ADToE.

18 months down the line and my opinion hasn't changed - it's still BAI - incredible song.

In fact, there has been very little change in my ranking of the whole album since it came out.
