Is there any site in Europe where I can pre-order  ADToe(except Play.com, the don't ship in Croatia)? If I pre-order from RoadRunner Store when they will send it to me?

Check out cdwow.com - they have a few European sites, I don't know what country you are in, so have a look at the bottom.

In Poland all ADTOE first sell dates are set up for 9th September. Nice surprise ;) Have to check if it is all Europe or only my part.

I think that picture will be used within the album packaging......you can see it on the layout pic of the box set.

Yeah, releases differ from place to place, usually to give the album a better shot at the chart. Lots of mainland Europe releases albums on a Friday, so yeah, you'll be getting all of your albums a good four days ahead of general worldwide release. UK, Australia and... er, some other places (France, maybe?), release albums on a Monday, 'cause the charts are compiled on Sundays, so I'll be getting it on the Monday. Also on a Monday is the Billboard update, so the US tends to get their CDs last, on Tuesdays.
