I wanted to know if anyone knows the exact day and month of exit 11 album of Dream Theater, because I know he is not sure that will come out before the world tour.

why do not you know anything? is strange,
Is strange indeed.

Fortunately, I happen to know the answers to all of your questions.
The album is going to be released on the 20th of June, exactly at 9AM GMT in Europe first and a couple of hours later in the US.
The album title is "Old Friends and New Departures":

1. Overture/Chris Collins - 6:50 (Petrucci, Portnoy)
2. Charlie Dominici - 8:35 (Dominici)
3. Kevin Moore (Instrumental) - 13:07 (Rudess)
4. Derek Sherinian (Instrumental) - 12:49 (Rudess)
5. Mike Portnoy - 13:52 (LaBrie, Petrucci)
6. I'm Next/Reprise - 5:25 (Myung)

Kudos to CountVoorhees for sharing the information.

Thankfully, this isn't even an option.  September 11 is on a Sunday this year, not Tuesday (typical release day).

why do not you know anything?

Because the band hasn't told us. Trust me, if there was anything to know, we'd all know it.

bosk1

Just confirmed:  It will be released on a Tuesday.

Zydar

Also confirmed: It will not be available on 8-track.

lateralus88

Rumored: John Myung could have audible bass

Mangini gave this interview to Modern Drummer: https://www.moderndrummer.com/modern-drummer-blogs/Mike%20Mangini%20of%20Dream%20Theater/
He says: "My drum tracks for the new DT release are finished. They are currently finishing up keys and vocals. The new CD is scheduled for release in the fall."
So, according to Mangini, in the fall.

I read that to in the interview. But it started me thinking. I thought that most of the last albums where finished and released just before the first summer tour date (festival).
I can remember that i went to the arrow classic rock festival here in Holland in june 2005. The new album octavarium was just released a week before it. I can remember that really well, because I had to run to the stores the first day it was released to get the new CD, because i wanted to know the new songs before seeing them live.

So i actually guessed that they would release the new CD sometime soon, because they are going to start their summer festival tour soon too. However Mangini says fall, so it seems they aren't going to play new stuff on the tour? And will the summer tour be some kind of a "practise"tour for the 5 guys to play together in a world tour. Just to get used to eachother on a tour and only play the old stuff?

Just my thinking why a release in fall maked sense to me.

Keep in mind that bands get shorter set lists at festivals.  So my guess about how it will play out is that, given the shorter set, they wouldn't play a TON of new material from the new album even if it was out.  I think they will go with a pretty standard set and maybe throw in whatever the lead single is from the new album, which we will probably get well in advance of the album release.

Maybe Roadrunner will release Dream Theater's and Opeth's new albums in a package deal.  I'd buy it.

If they charge less for making me take the Opeth album, it'll be worth it.
