I have 7-8 that haven't shown up yet that I REALLY thought were highly likely to make the top 25.  But as the list dwindles, I'm less confident they would all make it.  In fact, I would bet they don't all make it.  But I'm hard pressed to figure out which of those will not.

Same! I have some really heavy hitters that would  blow my mind not ranking.

Who is the one singer you put in your top 25 that you were pretty confident wouldn't end up on anyone else's list?

I'd shart myself if anyone else had Johnny Gioelli.

As for others I'd be fairly confident I had the only submission...

David Benoit
Colm Wilkinson
Andrew McDermott
Sebastien Bach

There could be a couple more, but most are well known (and liked/appreciated) enough I'd think others mentioned them (ala Michael Ericksen).

So I just checked, and, uh, you are one of the two who haven't sent.

I did.

Okay, not really.  Just wanted to see if you'd do it.

I also had Sebastian, and ranked him pretty highly too.  Terrible technique in many respects, which is likely why his voice didn't last.  But such raw, emotive power in those early years.

All I can say is if my number one didn't rank, well, shame!!!!!

Not gonna lie: I would have gotten physically ill had your number 1 made the top 25.

No way. I had him at #11. He's the most underappreciated frontman and singer of his generation. He really doesn't get the respect he deserves for his talent.

I'm curious whether anyone but me had two singers from the same band on their lists.

Air Supply? Probably not.  :lol

Russell Hitchcock crossed my mind. If there was a "Top xx dual vocalists bands" Air Supply would be a lock for me.
Maybe the grass is greener on the other side because you're not over there fucking it up.

I can't argue that. Excellent vocalists. I wish I could have included the Bee Gees as one.

Me too for Seb Bach and also ranked very high. One of my all time favourites in his prime.

Nah, because Einer's band is okay (from what I have heard).

I have zero respect or like for the band whose singer you put at number 1. Sorry, sir.

bosk1

And, more importantly, Einer's band is popular on this forum.

Yeah I get that but Einer's vocals are weak. On that criteria Geddy Lee should show up soon. I love Rush but Geddy's vocals are the weakest part of the band.

KevShmev

There is no weakness in Rush, except for Time and Motion, the Time Stand Still video and the existence of Rivendell.

I have 3 from one band and 2 from two others (one of whom was in all 3 bands!).

Nope, but so far only one of these singers has made the list, and I expected at least two others to but we're running out of real estate. One is a pretty big forum favorite.

KevShmev

To fans of that band and singer, feel free to give it up if you want.  I doubt anyone is expecting to see him in the top 10, so it's not like it is some massive spoiler.

Einar's vocals may not be to everyone's taste, but they're anything but weak.

Same with Geddy, for that matter.
