Hef is right on all things. Except for when I disagree with him. In which case he's probably still right.
Interesting stuff. But yeah, it's kind of funny that they posted his direct quote and it wasn't even close to what the headline is saying.
anything you hear that you like the sound of becomes an influence and shapes who you are as a musician writing music.”
Metalsucks does that a lot.So does Ultimate Guitar for that matter.

You can easily avoid the comment section though.

Anyone have a hi-res picture of the album cover art for a desktop background?
I'm pretty sure it won't be noticable in print - which is the important part. The things i've gotten away with because I know the printing process would wash out the artifcats...
Quote from: Whatsername on August 15, 2013, 03:21:41 PMHaha. I had SFAM on my mp3 player, but I didn't understand the idea of a concept album and just threw it into my mix playlist, so I was getting songs out of order and disconnected, so obviously I didn't connect to it. Thankfully I've seen the error of my ways! In the "old days" when I would discover a new band, I used to preview all the songs from every album on iTunes, then buy one from each album that I thought I liked most based on the preview. The one I got from SFAM just so happened to be TDOE so I didn't get any funky out of place story, thankfully.

In what friggin' universe is a 68 minute long album "short"?
I like it better than the last one
Zydar is my new hero. I just laughed so hard I nearly shat.
Still, Syme's usual sloppy job: to me the boy looks like he's hovering over the sand instead of really touching it.
Now... What song is this for?
But Kotow is right .
