I haven't seen an official announcement about the venue of this show, but I've heard rumours about this show being part of the Hell and Heaven festival. Does anybody knows something about this?

Personally, I rather see them in an "evening with" concert, otherwise I don't think they could play the setlist they would be playing in the USA.

This is my concern too.
I think the promoters are dropping the ball very badly with this, with such a setlist they're promoting, they could easily be filling entire shows at several places.

Since the Mexico show is the last one, I'm really hoping for an "evening with" date after the festival. I really hope that's the case.

There hasn't been any word yet, although I wouldn't mind seeing them in a festival setting given I've seen pretty much every Evening With show they've done since the Octavarium tour. Also, there's the rumor that they would be actually headlining the festival (which makes for a 1:30 to 2 hour show), which is just fine.

Certainly you wouldn't mind, but many including me would, however that's not the problem here.
The problem is they're not announcing this as a festival show like the European dates, in fact, it's even being handled as "Dream Theater will perform SFAM in it's entirety" which we certainly know isn't going to be true.
They really need to adress this, because I highly doubt they'd be the headlining act given that usually comes to Hell and Heaven.

I heard somewhere that the festival (hell & heaven) won't be happening this year. I hope this means that we will be getting the full show in an "evening with" concert.

You might be getting somewhere here, it's already 2019 and we still have no official statement of any kind regarding the participating bands, which might indeed imply that no festival is happening this year.

Yep, I just saw the confirmation... too bad! I was really hoping we would get the full setlist.
