Hello DTF, as many of you probably know, I attend many concerts and post many of my concert videos to youtube.  I usually share these in the concert thread, but after seeing DT three times recently, I had gathered lots and lots of my fan filmed footage and made one rather large video that represents a lot of the music played on this tour.  Total video is 75 minutes in length and features about 70 minutes of concert footage across three shows.  Since the tour is over, there is nothing left to spoil for anyone.  Hope you all enjoy and feedback is appreciated.  I got a new camera before the Dallas show so the footage is mixed between my Galaxy S7 phone and the new Panasonic Lumix camera, I hope the difference when a song cuts between shows isn't too annoying.

Footage is from the following three shows:

11/16/17 @ Beacon Theater, New York NY
11/18/17 @ Paramount Theater, Asbury Park NJ
12/2/17 @ Toyota Music Factory, Dallas TX (mostly from this show)

and includes an original intro, intermission, and outro based on what I call the "concert experience" of traveling and the process of getting to/from shows mixed to music from The Astonishing, which I chose because songs from that album were represented on the tour, but not at any of the shows I attended.  (I also think this music works really well with my fast paced footage during these sections)

Dream Theater - Images & Words & Beyond - LIVE - *cramx3 concert experience*

and I posted these in other threads, but adding them here again:

Hell's Kitchen Live in Dallas
Wait For Sleep Live in New York City
Mike Mangini plays golf then JR and JP perform Hourglass

Thanks for watching, and mods, if there is anything wrong with starting this thread, don't hesitate to delete it.
(and if anyone is wondering, DT or their label, have already claimed copyright ownership to my video and any ad revenue will go to them, as I've been notified by youtube, which I hope they receive plenty of).

Did my ears deceive me or was that a Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds snippet at the 1.46 mark of the Hell's Kitchen video?

Thanks for doing this cramx3, I'll enjoy watching this.

Probably, he did the same thing at the Baltimore show last week.

Yup, it's marked on setlist.fm for some of the shows so I don't think that was unique to the shows I went to.

Did I hear someone say there was a Hot for Teacher snippet somewhere in one of the shows?

Lethean

I missed the Wait for Sleep video - that was awesome. :)  Looking forward to getting started on the 75 minute video in a few minutes. :)

Lethean

Wow intermission already after just 20 minutes... I guess that leaves 55 minutes for the 2nd set and encore... I'm having a lot of fun watching this - thanks so much for posting it.

Lethean

Cramx - I thoroughly enjoyed that.  Once again, thanks for putting it together.  I loved that you used The Astonishing for your extra footage.  I was at those 3 shows also, so it's nice to look back and relive some of it.

Damn. You didn't catch the part at the end where Petrucci and I appreciated each others beards.   :|

I immediately thought of Octavarium's Full Circle before remembering that was an actual song  :lol

Let me clarify  my post.  I was merely trying to give a complement and certainly didn't mean to imply that we shouldn't get an official release. I liked how he combined different venues as well as the pre and post show footage to give an experience.  I thought it was good.  I always opt to say something positive even if my comments are not original or insightful.

My official position is that we should get an official DVD for every tour and I will buy it every time and enjoy every minute.

Your post doesn't need reclarifying.

I actually don't even remember that.  I had to cut some of my ending of the dallas show out cause it was out of focus and also because I was yelling too much.  I tried to limit my yelling and singing along in this video.

I do have to confess that when the "whoa oh oh" part of LTL started, I was thinking to myself "if he sings this whole thing..."  ;)  I noticed James "tricked" you a couple times by his alterations too.

Well it's fan made so bootleg.  The dallas footage came out much better than the rest (which is what the video is mostly based around) and has solid sound for fan footage, but it's no HQ professional stuff.

Also, in my intro there's a quick shot of walking through the subway system in NYC, specifically, it was the subway system underneath the port authority bus terminal where the attempted terrorist attack happened today.  Crazy.
