It's hard to remember many of them from memory, but the ones that I can think of at the moment are:

-In Losing Time/Grand Finale from 6DOIT, "Helps us to understand...awesome drum fills...the turbulence..."  I never not air drum those.
-Metropolis - a lot of those crazy fills that begin right after the 5-minute mark (right before the bass solo and unison part).
-Illumination Theory - all of those stuff around 3:35 or so that leads back into that driving guitar riff.
-The Great Debate - some of those fills during the intro.
-Voices - almost anything from the first 2 1/2 minutes.

That's all I can think of for now, but I am sure there are many more. :metal

The little fill at the start of ST&P in Illumination Theory.

Being a drummer myself, I tend to air drum pretty much everything.

Same here. It'd be more of a challenge to find the songs I dont air drum to.

The intro of Glass Prison and ANTR comes to mind. I'll think of more when I'm not marching on a field.   :lol

Drum break before first verse in The Dark Eternal Night.

The only part I air drum is the intro of The Great Debate. However, I do imitate the double bass parts in many of their songs. As a guitarist, I find that I am more likely to "air pick" the riffs and solos.

I was just air drumming to TSCO. Love the bluesy feel that song has. The fills are crisp and the accents can be tricky to get when air drumming.

It used to be a habit of mine to air drum the beginning of 6:00. I still catch myself occasionally drumming it with my hands on the dashboard of my car at a red light.

I'm not a drummer, but I air drum pretty much everything too. :lol In fact, I also often 'air guitar', 'air keyboard' and even 'air bass' while listening along to DT  :blush

As for specific air-drumming examples, the first thing that came to mind for me when I saw the thread was the ending of Endless Sacrifice. My favourite is probably the Metropolis section mentioned in the OP though.

Yea, I totally air drum to a lot of different music, especially DT stuff  :lol

Most people have already mentioned a lot of great air drumming moments, one that came to my mind that I hadn't seen mentioned yet are the fills before each chorus of These Walls. I always loved how each fill was different and I always, always air drum each one every time I listen to the song.

This exactly. Maybe Silent Man, Wait for Sleep and Far from Heaven are songs I don't airdrum to...

Prophets of War is a cool song to air-drum to, especially the 2nd verse group. Great opportunity to work on hand-foot coordination.

Also, the amazing fill near the end of Sacrificed Sons.

Endless Sacrifice, HTF, TGP, ANTR, TDEN, Losing Time, Never Enough (2nd verse)

I am surprised nobody has mentioned Caught in a Web. I airdrum the whole song always (well, I actually hit tables and the floor) and my officemates used to give me stares because I am doing this while on earphones.

I try too airdrum a lot of Mangini parts but then I miss a lot of hits when he do his ambidextrous thing so I just stop before frustration sinks in.

I can air drum almost all of Overture 1928 from memory.  I'm dying to get behind a kit to try it for real.
