I re-watched 'The Spirit Carries On" last night, and paid particular attention to Mike's audition. I love this guy. His attitude is so positive. I never thought anyone would be able to replace MP, and though MP is still my favorite person in the world, I don't think DT could have done any better than MM.

Yes that was my favorite! I will be thinking of that when I hear the song for the first time. Hearing back stories like this always makes me appreciate songs more.

I love Mike Mangini. He's such a perfect fit for the band, and every time I hear him talking about his role in DT, it just reinforces that he was the right pick. He's just such a positive guy.

Also, yeah, that Enigma Machine story was pretty great.
