?

69.37%! :o At this point it seems unlikely that we'll lose this, but of course we shouldn't stop voting.

Hasn't it ended already? The page says "This Cage Match will run until Friday, Aug. 16, at 8AM ET", and it's Sunday now?!

On my screen it says this: "Aug. 19 at 8AM ET"

Time for Korn to phone home and let their families know they lost.

Big time.

Loudwire extending the poll time without notice? Gee, we haven't seen that before.

Except in this case, it only embarrasses Korn all the more.

And we wouldn't want that would we....?

Yes. We Would. We Would Want That. :neverusethis:

Korn does a pretty good job of embarrassing themselves they don't need our help.

Destiny Of Chaos

I think that was a typo, since the Korn match started on the 16th. That was most likely for the end of the Monster Magnet match.

DT With yet another win  69.95% beats out KoRn's 30.05%   4-0 one more to Cage Match Archives as dominators! :metal

Meatrose

Yeah, let's make sure they get into the Hall of Fame. I wonder which band we'll have to go up against in our fifth and final cage match.

I'm sure Loudwire will pick one that has 10 Million Facebook followers.

Zydar

What are the criterias? Be a metal band and have a new single out?

DarkLord_Lalinc

It's funny how Loudwire always makes emphasis in DT's winning being because of the fans. "DT fans appeared from nowhere and voted for their beloved band and beat Korn in the last round! But will their passion be enough to hold on against *insert name of opposing and famous band*?"

As if every other win is relying solely on people comparing both songs side by side with no preconceptions or biases, and voting objectively for which one is the better song.
I see a poll between DT and a band I don't care for, and I vote for DT. Fans of the other band are doing the same. There are no varying degrees of legitimacy of winning when you allow anyone in the world to vote continuously!

You know what to do!

It was only predictable that Loudwire would place them against a legend, though... :\ :yeahright

Podaar

Awt oh...

Oh man, what to do...

Such a hard decision. I mean come on, it's Black Sabbath, and there's women in the audience! Young women who are really into it and all dressed out in metal gear.

I like the music of The Enemy Inside better but it is Black Sabbath!!

Okay, I'll do the right thing here.

TheGreatPretender

It's the FINAL stretch, guys. If DT wins this, this'll be their 5th victory and The Enemy Inside will remain forever undefeated. Let's go for it, even though I love the new Black Sabbath album.

bosk1

So...Sabbath basically rewrote the song "Black Sabbath" and called it The End of the Beginning?  Okay...  :lol  Not impressed.

You're right, of course. I listened to the song without watching the video and it definitely lost it's appeal. The Enemy Inside all the way!

Just don't watch the video.  :lol

DP_Gumby

Why must Loudwire do this to us!? Come on! DT vs Black Sabbath? That's like saying bacon vs steak.
Well I guess we'll just have to do one thing now, flip a coin.  :rollin

It's not a bad song, but it just isn't that great either, IMO.

I thought we could loose this one, then i saw we had 91%  :P

All it means is that the DT fans have a great start. But I believe Korn had like 84% or something at the beginning of the last round, so we really shouldn't let our guard down.

What the fuck did I do

Sorry.

I can't really imagine the members of Black Sabbath tapping away at their PCs urging everyone to vote for them.

I really can't imagine the members of Dream Theater tapping away at their PCs urging everyone to vote for them.

TheGreatPretender

The important thing at this point is to keep the votes coming, and barrage them as much as possible, to make it difficult for Sabbath fans to raise their percentage.
