Best quality live version of ANTR?

Since there is no live album/DVD of it, what recording/bootleg has the best sound of this?  I mean good fidelity and a high music-to-crowd noise ratio.  I appreciate any input.

Also, is it just me, or has the DT hub been down for a long time?
