So I'm going on a roadtrip from Holland to Prague to visit this concert. Who's gonna join me in the beautiful city of Prague?

After my trip to Porto I will fly to Prague to see their gig at the Tipsport Arena.

Hi, Going from Sweden alone since my friends have no music taste what so ever. Five days holiday in Prague but the reason is to see DT. Would be nice to like meet up with some nice people, maybe for a drink or something before the gig. What you think?

Hey Guys, there's a bar on the right side of the arena (part of the complex), me and my mates will be meeting there around 6  :)

Andren

Thanks for that tips, will be at the bar. Even thou probably impossible to find anyone there, I'm sure there be lots of DT fans hanging out there.

Sixtease

I have a spare ticket. Does someone want it?

jakepriest

Will be there.  :metal :metal
Can't wait to see DT for the first time and with such an amazing setlist.

keys76

Just arrived at Prague and now heading to see my wizard buddy to have dinner.
See you all tomorrow.

Amazing. I am speechless.

Petrucci. I think I'm in love with him.

P.S. If anybody have videos, please upload it to youtube :)

Red_Queen

I found a video of the intro and The Enemy Inside: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=41K_u_dtR7E

GREAT vocals by James! He sang it amazingly! At about 7:58 he slightly changed the chorus melody, and it was both done well and nice surprise, I have to replay that part because I wasn't expecting it. Well played JLB! :tup

I've been to the show yesterday and wow...they did some great finetuning the last two weeks. Production wise, everything went smoother, new videos on the screen. Very very cool.

Have they got the new Enigma Machine vid up yet?

jakepriest

There was some diamond mine stuff playing during Enigma Machine. It was really short, but I enjoyed the hell out of ninja Myung that sets off explosives with his stare.

BlobVanDam

Those excellent DT cartoons are done by Mika Tyyskä, but I was referring to the short taxi videos before all of the DT12 songs.

jakepriest

Yeah there were taxi videos present before the DT12 songs.  :tup

Red_Queen

Yeaaah those taxi videos.. !!!! They are great ..Blob if it´s your work again.. you are Blob with big B !  :tup Thanks for your work the show with these animations ..it´s another level !!!  :hefdaddy

BlobVanDam

I did the taxi videos, although I wasn't fishing for compliments ( :P ), I was just wondering if they've had time to incorporate my final video yet, which would lead into Enigma Machine.

jakepriest

Wasn't aware you did the taxi videos, I knew just about the intro which was awesome to see live by the way!  :hefdaddy

GasparXR

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HPof1ICdLIM Finally Free, uploaded by the same dude. Holy shit, JLB is doing really well! It sounds like he's already up to par with the best shows of the ADTOE tour and this is only a couple weeks into the tour!

jakepriest

James totally nailed Illumination Theory. Myung and Mangini even synchronized pretty nicely. You can tell the band is improving each show. Only complain I would have is Jordan forgetting to switch from a piano sound to his soloing synth during TSF.

keys76

Blob, Prague marked the premiere of the enigma machine intro vid. They rehearsed the timing of the beginning  of the song in combination with the video. Looked awesome!

Is that video when the taxi smashed throught the window?  :) I thought that video is normal because I try keep the in-concert spoilers miles and miles away from me  ;D ..Looked really awesome!

Great, thanks for the info! :tup I found a clip on YouTube that only has the last split second of it. Maybe something better will turn up though. :lol

The gig was nice, band performed amazingly (at leat to me :-) but I think the audience was a bit - um - lazy? You know, I think there were lots of places for crowd participation, but it seemed to me that almost nobody around me did anything. It even seemed to me at times that LaBrie is a bit displeased by weak audience reactions :-) Well it got better towards the end, but anyway... :-) Maybe this is normal - this was my first DT gig so I actually do not know, I'm just curious :-)

I had the same feeling.

I can't believe James improved this much since beginning of the tour. To be honest, his performance on higher part of Space-Dye Vest was weak and I thought it would be better he's singing as on studio version. But this live is unbelievable  :hefdaddy :chill
