Ok, so this is the deal, I'm currently working on a college project where we need to record mix and master some tracks, we decided to contact some high profile studios to have come options for the mastering process. I heard sometime ago that Dream Theater worked with Masterdisk for ToT, so on my email to them I randomly asked them just for pure curiosity if is true that they have worked with the band, and this is the answer that I've got:

QuoteI believe Andy Vandette  was just working on some Dream Theater project in the past 2 weeks.  I'm not sure what.  He's also All Over Rush re-issues that are getting great reviews.

I've worked with members of Dream Theatre in the past.

So, yes.. All music credits. Allmusic.com lists many credits, but not all.

I was like: wow!
I never expected that answer, i thought that he will mention something from ToT. This guy that answered me is basically the owner of the studio, he was very polite and helpful on what I needed. I know is not that much of information, but hey I hope you guys liked it.

Could it be that the guy is overseeing a remastering of one of their past album for a vinyl re-issue?
