Which couple of albums do you like best?

Most are obvious choices, but I gave ADTOE two choices because right now it doesn't have a partner for the DT Albums Prom. I figured either pair it up with Black Clouds because it was the previous album, or with Octavarium because both albums are more melodic than the two albums between them.

Generally, I'd say Scenes & SDOIT, but I've grown to just enjoy Octavarium so much, and ADTOE kicks ASS!

No question at all, #2 an #1 for me and by far the best two DT albums. My #3 doesn't even come close.

I'm sorry but this poll is obviously biased against WDaDU and to a lesser degree FII, which to me is quite lame. I mean why are all other "couples" paired up in sequential order other than WDaDU and FII (aside from the double pairing of ADToE with 8v)? If you really wanted to make this poll interesting, you should have paired up WDaDU with IaW, Awake with ACoS (which at best is half a live album), FII with SFaM, SDoIT with ToT, 8v with SC and BCaSL with ADToE. Then let's see who would pick what. With the "couples" you've created, it's a given that IaW/Awake and SFaM/SDoIT are gonna be the big winners.

Maybe, but he is right (although I would concede that the lack of love for WDADU would make it hard for its option to do really well, even if paired up with I&W).  This poll really just looks like an excuse to have the I&W and Awake vs. Scenes and 6DOIT debate, but with a few other random options thrown in for shits and giggles.

Black Clouds and A Dramatic Turn of Events. They may not be the most attractive couple at the prom, but they that couple that I've known the longest. Black Clouds introduced me to the band and A Dramatic Turn of Events was my first new album as a fan.
