I don't know if I would say I love it, but I like it a lot.  By first album standards, it is very, very good, and by DT standards, it is good (not as good as their best 6-7, but certainly better than their least best albums).

I'm a little shocked to see that 8c is more unfavorable than I think. I also dislike some songs in 8C. For example, for panick attack is really simillar with Muse's song, I don't like it. But I think there are great songs in 8C as in other albums, and distinctive concept of 8C has an its own advantage compared to other albums except SFAM.(actually, in the view of concept, SFAM is greater than 8C...) I don't know why many dislike 8C. Can sombody tell me why?

Yeah, this. I love TROAE and These Walls, and Sacrificed Sons is pretty good too, but the rest of the album ranges from ok to poor and DT went overboard with those obvious influences.

BC&SL is always an album that i wanted to get rid of. If i have to pick other one, it would be SC.

So, two albums have to go. The albums I considered for elimination were When Dream And Day Unite, Falling Into Infinity, Train of Thought and Systematic Chaos. Octavarium is saved by the title track.

It's a tough choice but in the end I would probably have to go with WDADU and FII. I rarely listen to anything from ToT or SC though.

Very true.  I chose it almost soley based on the production. 

If it were an option I would have chosen ACOS instead of WDADU.  I guess if I HAD TO get rid of two regular albums, I probably just would have stuck with my two votes of WDADU even though I love the album and BC&SL because I find the lyrics atrocious.

Awake and FII. It was close between FII and Octavarium but I think I would miss Octavarium (the song) more than Trial of Tears, the only redeeming songs on those otherwise very poor albums.
