I didn't see this coming, but here it is the SET B:

Dream Is Collapsing/ Bridges in the Sky
6:00
Build Me Up, Break Me Down
This is the Life
These Walls
Lost Not Forgotten
Drum Solo
A Fortune in Lies
Wait for Sleep
Far From Heaven
Outcry
Surrounded
On the Backs of Angels
War Inside My Head
The Test that Stumped Them All
The Spirit Carries On
Breaking All Illusions

Pull Me Under

So in this show they've played ADTOE in its enterity, except for Beaneath the Surface. Sweet  ;D

That is a hell of a setlist. Pretty fucking cool!

Progmetty

So in light of all previous set lists since the start of the tour; set list A & B are great compilations of the whole thing.
Unless there's a C set list it's safe to say that Fatal Tragedy didn't make that compilation and won't be making the BluRay. Would have like it to but I'm getting too many great songs to bitch about one.
Great set list, equal in appeal to the A one from the other night IMO.

DebraKadabra

Look at all us freaks cluttering your city streets
Still scalping their ticket-less applause
Spun monkeys on the railroad track, take me to the caine field; I walk along pick my spiderbite
Basically Kyoko Kirigiri

Jay.Ess

YES! These Walls. Almost confirms it for the dvd, surely!

These Walls is back!

Hurrah!!
Yes! I love this decision. Although I would still like to see Fatal Tragedy make the cut for the DVD!

Mladen

Build me up, break me down  :metal I need this song on the DVD...  :metal

kevinpwrs

Love Fatal Tragedy. Doesn't look like it's going to make it to dvd. We saw them do it in Clearwater and Orlando back in October and it was awesome.

The Clairvoyant

I prefer this set, I think is better than set a of this leg. Wait for sleep is very cool, these walls is my favourite song from octavarium.
As for the encore pull me under is good even if I prefer metropolis. Anyway I hope this will be the set for the dvd, hoping for one song from train of thought too.

The DVD/Blu-ray will have both nights from Luna Park in Argentina, where each night will have a different setlist (I'm guessing Set A for the first night and Set B for the second) but not using any songs twice.

I think JP mentioned that those two nights will feature different setlists than the rest of south america. I imagine they will be similar though.

I disagree, this is not a good choice for the DVD - adore the song, but there is SOOO MUCH BACKING TRACKS used live.  Don't mind it in a live setting, but on the DVD it will be silly watching the band wait for thier cues as the backing tracks play a chunk of the song.

Adami

The only lame thing about BMU, BMD is that James skips the screaming parts live (at least on all of the videos I've seen). The chorus sounds.....well.....really boring without them. The backing tracks don't bother me in the slightest.

Mladen

Yeah, but he keeps you waiting for that incredibly amazing scream he pulls of at the end. It's good enough for me.  :metal

But at the end of the day, if they're leaving one ADTOE song for the next DVD in a couple of years, being that it would be a shame for that DVD to feature a song from the previous DVD, I'd say a short and catchy song like this would be the way to go.

Yeah I know more probably they could do a mix, obviously without using any songs twice. I think they'll put on the dvd the best songs (I hope they will not "the root of all evil" and "the dark eternal night" on the official dvd). That's my opinion, I hope they will include some song they performed during the firs legs of this tour like peruvian skies or endless sacrifice and it would be cool but they should change the set A or the set B with one or two songs but I doubt this is going to happen, but never say never!

Is this an opinion?
Quote from: wkiml on June 08, 2012, 09:06:35 AMwould have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Quote from: Stadler on February 08, 2025, 12:49:43 PMI wouldn't argue this.

?

So it looks like these 2 setlists will be played in the DVD shows in Argentina! Good to see These Walls there :tup

I don't think so... James suggested that the turnover in the setlist would be much greater than what we have already seen. I believe that set A and B will be coalesced into the setlist of one of the two nights only.

I inclined to agree with you, wasteland. JP and JLB both said there will be surprises, so I know we'll see some things changed for the DVD shoot!

wasteland

Browsing the (poor) videos of this show, I've found that James is confortable enough to hit some very high notes, even knowing that a DVD shooting is almost due. 'tis a very good sign of his phisical condition and his renewed confidence.  :tup

To those who think themselves brave enough to stand horrible sound quality, here's the proof https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uuspL7DHHy0&t=335 (the timestamp is on the high note, but the whole performance is remarkable, especially since the song was played as encore, after a long and demanding 2h30 show)

johncal

If I had to guess, Id say it's entirely possible they'll do something similar to SFAM.

They could just as easily do the entire ADTOE on the first disc and put the other songs and special features on the second disk. You never know!

Terrible idea.  Unless it is a concept album, I like it better when new songs are mixed up in the set list along with songs from other albums, as opposed to playing it straight through.

Well, if that's true, the DVD will be even better! :caffeine: Maybe they'll replace AFIL with To Live Forever on the second night like they did in Huntington, Another Day or Caught in a Web would be nice as well.

Great. Now bring back Learning to Live and feature that in the damn DVD!

I vaguely remember a popcorn gif where the popcorn pile got bigger and bigger. It was multiple images. Anyone have those images saved?

That would be perfect for this situation.

I remember they were in someone's photobucket. Now I'm upset that I didn't save them.
