Labrie vs Dominici

So what do you guys think.
I had listened Dream theater for about 2 years before i heard WDADU .
I was totally blown away by Dominicis performance.

Don't get me wrong. I love Labrie , but Dominici seems so much talented.
It's like he never gets a bad day!  He always sounds amazing.

The poll is not about which one is better vocalist for Dream Theater . More like which one is better vocalist.

So what do you think? My vote goes to Dominici!

Dominici's range is extremely limited, and there's no way he's a better singer than LaBrie in terms of how crafted he is. I'm pretty sure that people's opinions will solely reflect which singer's vocal quality they better enjoy. And when we're talking about Progressive Metal, it's LaBrie all the way.

Nope - Kari, Grant and Tory were handling the explosions that episode. Adam and Jamie were just shooting guns and throwing knives. A lot.

I think Charlie's voice is good, especially in the original The Killing Hand (even though James's version IS better). Would I want to listen to that same voice in every other DT album? Uh...no. James's voice is much more suited to the music, and much more diverse. Charlie's voice sounds good with Dominici's music, but it just doesn't match up to DT's style. You're entitled to your opinion, but I think this vote goes to Pirate
