No offense meant by this, but I've never seen anyone rank Chris Collins higher than Dominici (let alone Hetfield and Ozzy) 

Yeah, well, I think that vocals on songs like Two Far blow anything on WDADU out of the water. In fact, as I recall, MP said that they fired him from Majesty because he lacked stage presence, not because of lack of vocal ability.
For Hetfield I was mostly ranking his guitar skills, (which are good, but nothing special), but even as a vocalist, he's not amazing or anything. Same with Ozzy, his voice is iconic and everything, but I wouldn't call him a 'great singer'.

I think what he's getting at is that for each band member, he's judging them by how many of the albums they have participated on have been top DT albums.  Thus, MP was on 10 albums, 5 of which are top albums, therefore MP gets a 50%.
