Petrucci can do the heavy vocals in TGP. Actually, in the original recording of TGP, I remember thinkin JP's "tough" voice was tougher than MP's. So, it might actually work.

So, apparently DT played some Portnoy-lyric songs in Europe, so hopefully we can put that rumor to bed, now.

They did play some MP-penned tunes. I will not spoil it, however.
