https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M4387FiS5ck&feature=related This may have been posted before, but I saw this video of DT playing BAI at the Rosemont Theater. Definitely the clearest audio and decent video for sure

Damn this song is amazing, I always seem to not think about that when I'm not listening to it but all I think while hearing it is 'This song is awesome'.

I love that song, and the video is pretty good, but I really love that I saw a link to LtL live in Villafranca (Verona) in the related videos, so I watched it, and man was it sweet. Im surprised at how well Labrie could keep up, that has to be a damned tough song to sing live.

My god, that song is just so ridiculously good. I can not fathom it.

I CAN NOT FATHOM IT!!!!

ARGH!

Is it me or.... has DT finally gotten an ridiculously AWESOME live sound or what?  Before ADTOE, their live sound always just had..... something.... wrong with it.  Not sure what, but something always bothered me.  They just sound incredible now.

Yay! It's of the show I went to!

That guy filmed the entire show and it's a really nice show. There's a little funny exchange between JLB and JP before Caught In A Web at that show!  :lol

@SnakeEyes: I have to say all the shows I've been to have sounded fantastic, but the latest tour sounded the best. DT did win 5th best stage show behind #1 Rush, #2 Iron Maiden, #3 Porcupine Tree, #4 LOLtallica :P so they're doing something right, but maybe now they'll be #1, or at least 3 cuz the 1st two are amazing live

arztechsa

i cant agree more :D
ive been trying check BAI videos on youtube and for that, this is one of the best
just hoping there will be an official bootleg dvd from DT

You must be certainly right about this in regards to the live videos I've been watching, but I must share something that really confused me while at this concert. First of all, the recorded audio quality of these videos seems shockingly and unrealistically outstanding compared to the crap that I heard live at the actual concert. (btw, this is all regarding to the audio coming from the speakers, NOT the performance given by the band) I was basically seated in the dead center of the theater and, at one point, I almost had to leave during the concert because there was so much ear splitting and loud distortion going on. In fact the couple to the right of me actually left the concert for this exact same reason. Oddly enough, when the audio would go past/over a certain pitch, the frequencies of that sound would go all haywire and that corresponding instrument would audibly go completely out of tune. Even so, right off the bat, James LaBrie's voice sounded like a chipmunk! I don't know whether it was the way in which the sound was entering the spot where I was sitting or what, but it was all just very bizarre! Well, in the end, it just shocks me because NONE of this is present in any of the footage from the concert that was posted on YouTube! So, can anyone else who was at this concert, located in the dead center of the main level, confirm that my friend and I were not the only ones hearing this? Also, believe it or not, somewhere in those videos, there must be a part where you actually hear my frustrations because between the break of two songs (not sure which two), I yelled out, "Fix the audio!!!!"

All of these issues put aside, don't get me wrong, the show was still outstanding!

Man the 27th can't get here fast enough!!! I just hope I remember to look at the rest of the band besides MM...

The whole thing is great but a couple MM moments I really liked were the fill at 3:42-3:44 and the HH stuff at 7:52-7:57 (in the first video). Very tasteful stuff  :hefdaddy

Well bend me over, fuck me in the ass and call my Sally. Watching Mangini play these songs gives me a lot more respect for the guy. Like, I already loved him, but balls those parts are intricate as fuck. Not to slam MP, but I don't think anyone but MM could do those parts.

Thanks for that videos guys..... I've been craving for a DT gig lately..... and for that feeling.... that AWE.... this thread kind of soothed the pain!  or made it worse I don't know.... either way I'm grateful!

oh and one more thing... Can you please tell us what happened RMV?? I'm dying to learn..... any videos?
