He's a keyboardist, no less! He's in a popular music trio here in India (you'll find their songs in quite a few popular recent Bollywood movies).  Quite possibly not as crazy technically proficient as JR, but I like his music nonetheless.

That is funny as hell. He doesn't look like Jordan at all. 

Just because he shaved his head and he has a grey goatee, doesn't mean he looks like JR.

Also that they're both keyboardists and have talented daughters :p He's an Indian of (presumably) Portuguese descent, so you can make your own conclusions about his skin color ;)

Most of you guys are right, actually, in that he doesn't really resemble JR facially, i.e. it's not like they're twins or anything.
