Wish I could comment, but I didn't even stop by the merch table.  I already had the shirt I wanted, and knew I wasn't going to be buying anything else, so I didn't even look, other than just glancing as we passed by.  I know they had baseball caps, because I saw somebody holding one up as we passed by the merch booth.  And I know they had the leather jacket that is on the merch page on the online store.  I did get a pretty good view of it as we walked by, and it looked REALLY cool.  I also saw a few of the shirts.  The basic tour shirt is the album cover on the front, tour dates on the back, and behind the tour dates is the artwork from the album art for Breaking All Illusions.  There is another one that is themed after Bridges In The Sky that kind of superimposes the majesty symbol with kind of a dream catcher constellation of stars.  I was a pretty neat design.  There was also a basic black one that has some random cool designs I can't specifically remember well enough to describe.  All in all, they looked good.  Wish I could be more help.

Nope, but they do have gray ones of the band (black and white photo).

To answer the OP, from what I remember there were several shirts:
the aforementioned gray band pic shirt
album cover shirt
one other black T that I can't remember the image
a women's black T with a green emerald image
a black hoodie
the black leather jacket that's been available for a couple years
my Black Clouds and Silver Anniversary shirt (from last year)
the "tattoo" T shirt that has been available for a couple years now - I overheard them say it had 2009 tourdates on it
a tourbook (done by Hugh Syme)
the standard version of the CD
some Trivium stuff that I didn't pay attention to

Don't remember the sizes but I do remember that regular size shirts were $35 and "oversize" shirts were $40 at the LA show. Costs may be different at other shows. Not sure what "oversize" is - if that's XXL, XXXL or some other size.

This is why I wont buy DT merch. They have these prints that looks like a MC- Crew logo. A plain hoodie or t with the majesty logo, and something that doesn't look so.. what people will call "badass". Actually, I don't think these fits the band at all. Just as James' t-shirts!!

Also, livenation is utter crap. Spent 5 weeks trying to make them understand that i wanted to wait for a backorder item.
