All songs convey some type of infinity: Eternity, Endless while Octavarium's main theme is moving in circles, back where it began..etc

DreamTension

They are your favorite songs from their respective album?

namgalsipsclar

You have seen all three songs performed live?

Mbarak

Each song featured only once on live CD's/DVD's

rcseeley421

They all involve some sort of ragtime/improvisation part in the middle?

fibreoptix

Is it something to do with time sigs?

Jamesman42

\o\ lol /o/

Mbarak

I think it's a good time to give us a clue

FlyingBIZKIT

Okay. You really don't have to listen to the songs to figure this one out.

theseoafs

All the songs' lyrics (or, in the case of TDOE, the title) refer to the concept of endlessness or infinity.

Stream of Consciousness
Bridges in the Sky

They are both 11:xx minutes long.

EDIT: realized there's more than 2 DT songs like that

rcseeley421

They are about discovering oneself in a "waking dream" and trying to rediscover/regain full control of their lives and souls

Mbarak

BlobVanDam

They are the only 2 Dream Theater songs between the lengths of 11:02 and 11:16

reneranucci

They were both working titles of Dt albums

The lyrics are told from a first-person narrative?

reneranucci

No, but HINT: it has to do with the lyrics

namgalsipsclar

Erm well Pull me under is based on hamlet and ITPoE is inspired by manga i think, but i dunno about LEarning to live. Something to do with what the lyrics are based on?

BlobVanDam

Jamesman42

They're all based on past writings/literature

Yep, you're almost there.
