For me the album has 3 tracks with titles that are very eligible to be interesting album titles; On The Backs of Angels, Bridges in The Sky and Breaking All Illusions. All better than ADTOE imo.
Non-track titles suggestions for me would be Crossing Bridges, Yelling at The Stars and Dream Theater (Self titled), the last one is my favorite.
Song renames: BMUBMD: Falling to Pieces, This is The Life: Our Gift Divine.
Off-topic: The picture on the Beneath The Surface page of the booklet would have been a great cover art too imo.

Bridges In The Sky was a fine title, especially given the artwork Syme came up with. Not sure about the reasoning behind the change to ADTOE or the wimping out on The Shaman's Trance/BITS. TST fits the song better.

Would have preferred this. One, explaining the Shaman's voice in the intro and outro would have been a lot simpler; "you see, it USED to be called the 'Shaman's Trance'...". 

However, after hearing the the grand scheme they were going for with the lyrics, I think the title fits more now than I did initially. Just will mention though, when I told my friend who is a moderate DT fan the name of the new album, he chuckled the same way he did when I told him about Systematic Chaos.

Yeah, Jamesman42 got it. Although I guess it wasn't even necessary for me to post it - however ambiguously - since MP's most recent interview is so nice, stemming the misplaced hate.

And what I meant by referencing your post is I agree with your idea of using "Breaking All Illusions" as the title.

I don't really "get" ADTOE as a title, since it describes neither the music nor the lyrical content.
