Pre-ordered ADTOE from Roadrunner

this is so lame, still no cd's just an email that says billed. I have almost stopped giving a shit i'm so pissed.
On a side note I have been listening to XM radio all the heavy channels and have not heard new DT once. Eddie Truck actually tweeted me back last night and said he was going to play it but i only have it in my car and couldn't stay there all night so I missed it.

Just got off the phone with customer support. They said they just got the box sets 10 minutes ago.

Technically the Opeth order should be independent from the ADTOE order, and per their website they try to send out all pre-orders a week before release. So if it doesn't get here today (release day) then that's two botched orders and they've lost a good chunk of my business. At the very least I will never pre-order anything from them again.

Yeah they screwed up with ADTOE but if Heritage doesn't get delivered on time either... then yeah I am def. done with them.

I assumed that it would ship fastest possible and be here in 2 days when I was emailed on Friday about it being shipped. Still have not received my CD/DVD.

Can you cancel something after it was billed/shipped though? Did yours get shipped?

It was billed back in August, which I didn't expect. After calling, they said they had just received them in, but I told them to cancel the order, as I already had it at that point.

If the order was already shipped, it would have to be returned once received, but if you caught it before it was shipped you could cancel the order.

Have recieved nothing about my DT order, and now here we are on Tuesday, mailman has come and gone, and no Opeth.

I'd expect SOMETHING back from RR for this, but we all know that'll never happen. Guess this is what $120 gets me. At least I've had the download of ADTOE to listen to.

In my mind this company should have expedited orders and forced roadrunner to pay for it. Especially if Nick says roadrunner screwed them. Just because they were screwed, doesn't mean you pass that along to the customer!

What? It should have been negotiate who would pay for the expediting of the late deliveries. To me, as the customer, I don't care who pays for it, it just should have been done. It is absolutely ridiculous that none of the shipments were sent priority.

I also think that if they knew they couldn't expedite, I should have been notified that it would take up to 13 days to receive and given the option to cancel my order. But between my purchase (9/1) and the email telling me it was "fulfilled" (9/16), I received no communication.

Just another day( now the 21st) that I have not received the Cd from those RR/Omega shit heads. I can't believe it didn't get here today. They billed me last Friday. I tried to support the small guy and get Fuc&ked. It is Amazon forever from now on.

Why not? They did. He's telling the truth. If he beats around the bush that means the issue is probably with them and they lose my business for everything, but now they didn't.

Would've been nice if RR would reply to something. They aren't even at risk of losing my business. Can't buy a DT album from another label.
