YES. Finally gonna see DT for the first time. Can't wait to Jan 26th ;D

Nice, I know how you feel, I still remember my first time ;) And if I'll buy a ticket it will be my fourth time seeing them i Norway. Although that number isn't something to brag about, when I've seen people talk about attending DT-conserts six times or more, in one tour..

Didn't become a big enough fan until late 2009, and this'll be the first time they're in Norway since the BCSL-tour. Really looking forward to it!

Anyone know when tickets will be out?

27 Jan for me...  three days after my birthday and on a friday :metal. I just hate going to (the island) Copenhagen to see concerts. I wish they would come to mainland Denmark (or northern Germany). Last time I saw them was in Hamburg on the Octavarium tour  ;).

In 17 days, I'll let all you cats on the other side of the pond know how the show was. :hat

Oh my god, they are starting the leg here in Helsinki! This is like a dream come true for us prog metal lovers, first Opeth + Pain of Salvation in December, then Dream Theater in January!  :heart

The promoter also selected a big enough venue with no fear of being sold out. I will most likely pick the floor tickets and head in front of Myung / Rudess combo.

I don't understand those of you who have go to college the next day. Just skip college for 1 day, nerdies! I go to university and I'd skip 3 days for DT.

And.... Valhall this time, not the shitty Oslo Spektrum. That will be a good first concert :)

I wonder how many people will come. Last time in Oslo Spektrum the venue was about 80% full I'd say. Valhall can either be a 5300 capacity venue or 13 000. I'm pretty sure they will go for the 5,3k capacity. But it'd be great if DT filled a 13k venue :D

Strange to chose Valhall instead of Spektrum if they are going for 5300, and there's no way they're filling the venue with 13k, as Iron Maiden only could fill 15 000 at telenor arena. Going to be epic no matter what, though!!

I'm totally going to the concert on the 26th of January! Unlike usual I found out about it a few minutes ago, usually I find out about concerts when all the (good) tickets are gone...Tickets are not for sale yet, so I might have a chance since I know they're coming.

Me too, me too :-) Havent seen them since the Chaos in Motion tour, very much looking forward to this!! :D

Lowdz

It'll be Manchester for me. Seen them there 3 times and been front row each time- that was before the era of platinum packages.

Can't wait to hear a few of the new tunes.

HELL YES!

Golly Gosh ! I am so going to that concert ! Top hole old bean ! What !

Seriously I have to go to that ! :)

weezul

sorry to bring this through all the positivity but £50 a ticket? I'm moaning but still gonna pay up.. so maybe it's the right price point after all haha

DreamerTV

It says that the price range is from 37 to 50... Still really a high price for a concert!

indalo

Yeah, good news!! I'll go, sure! I don't know yet if Madrid, Barcelona or Lisbon... I would like all of them, but money don't grow on the trees so perhaps I will have to conform with one concert (but I will try to have a VIP ticket!)

By the way, hello, I'm new (and as you are guessing because of my words, not, english is not my native language  :P)

F*&# that's a lot of money. stupid amounts. anything above £35 in my book is too expensive. hopefully Wembley will be cheaper..*sigh*

five concerts on mondays, the three in germany are 100%, 20th of january in italy sounds good too and even helsinki is not out of the question, i have to see if ryan air flies there from frankfurt.
DT is the only band who plays alot on mondays in europe, another reason why i love these guys!!! :metal :metal :metal :metal :metal :metal :hefdaddy :hefdaddy :hefdaddy :hefdaddy :hefdaddy :hefdaddy

DP_Gumby

I like the combination DT have done regarding the concert in Oslo. They are playing in Vallhall on a thursday.. So that gig must be a heavenly experience too

Especially when thursday derives from the Norse god Thor and that Valhall..... Aah, just look it up on google :lol :rollin

tristl

can anybody tell me , if they say selling tickets starts 7.00 pm today which time zone live nation refers to?
its not middle european time , isn't it?
i don't want to miss out on the m&g in offenbach. :lol :lol :rollin :rollin :hefdaddy :metal
