I finally got into the first 10 seconds of the video and holy shit the wind noise. Jesus christ apply a noise filter or something. I mean I can hear their voices well but the noise is like screeching in my ears.

I'll never understand why some sites insist on using a shitty proprietary flash player. Blip exists. Youtube is a thing. Hell, Vimeo is still around. Why not just use one of those?
