Okay, here's the deal. I've decided while everyone is super hyped for Dream Theater I'm going to play a full album from Dream Theater on my radio show Monday. This means two things. First, you guys get to vote on which album gets played, and second, you're all invited to come chat about the album while it's being played.

The show's site is www.wpapu.com and it starts at 6pm Eastern on Monday.

I'm throwing my vote behind Scenes From a Memory, because concept albums in full are the way to go.

nah, i'm from Indonesia. we have our own forums like this. i'll post it there.

I had to go with Awake.  As a "go to" album, it isn't picked as often, however it still (kind of) posses the concept album quality.  Plus, there are a ton of great tuns on that album.  It's become one of my favorites as late.

I'll have to make sure and catch the radio show.  I hadn't heard of it till I started frequenting this forum!

SFAM is a good choice. Or Black Clouds and Silver Linings because it flows well, has a good variety, is their most recent, and closes with one of their best.

A tough choice for me. "Images And Words" has a special place in my heart and I would love to hear some of it played on the radio again. However, I voted "Scenes..." because it's a great concept album that really lends itself to be played in its entirety to be enjoyed as an experience.
