What the hell? Did I just quote myself?  :lol
No, but there are actually some questions he answers like why he chose DSOTM and not The Wall and etc.

JLB's voice doesn't fit Pink Floyd very well.

No, but it doesn't sound terrible by any means. It sounds decent. And it's worth getting just for Petrucci's shirt.

Its worth it just for On The Run excellent job by JR.

Theresa Thompson.  Same singer in Through Her Eyes.  She also sings in Metropolis 2000.

As I've said before, I've seen both PF camps do DSotM (twice for Waters), and I thought DT did it better.  It's kind of an apples/oranges thing, since DT was trying to be much more faithful to the original, but still.

I'm watching PULSE out in the shop, and I just noticed one of the key differences.  Despite having half the personnel on stage, I always thought DT sounded much bigger during the particularly loud parts.  Contrasting the quietness of the verses in Us and Them, the chorus should sound like the fucking Vogons just arrived.  Neither time I saw Waters put it on did I feel blown away.  What DT did that seperates them from Waters or Gilmour is that they had the Sax play through the chorus to fill in with all of the vocals.   It's the missing element that really pushes the whole thing over the edge.  Outstanding call.

These guys really are sharp.

It seems that DT often plays things better than the originals.  :lol
