Put WDADU and FII together inside a rocket and send it straight to the sun.

Edit: Okay, maybe just Falling Into Infinity. Send it straight to the sun or make a donation to Pink Floyd... Nah, straight to the sun.

BlobVanDam

Just send WDADU. FII is amazing, especially by comparison.

I think they wen too much pinkfloydish on FII. Was an exaggeration for me. I tried but... I can't.

Scorpion

I love FII, and it's light years ahead of WDADU.

Hey look, Blob and me are agreeing!

"Pinkfloydish"? ??? The only song that sounds like Floyd to my ears is Peruvian Skies (up until the heavy part).

No kidding. That album plods along like a 3-legged hippo. WDADU on the other hand is ass-kicking up-tempo metal with great riffs, leads, Myung's best basslines, killer drums and great keyboard melodies.

Perhaps he's referring to the organ sounds that Derek generally used on the album. They were very classic Prog Rock style. I'd compare them more to Deep Purple, but yeah, they were definitely classic.
