Metropolis Pt. II

Okay, it's 3:14am here in New York, so maybe I'm just over-tired, but I came up with this interesting/pointless observation:
Look at DT's last 3 album titles. Count the syllables in each one. There are 5 in 8VM, 6 in SC, and 7 in BC&SL.
Just pointing that out...and now I'm off to bed.

Fuckin' Nuggets. How do they work?

Obviously it´s a secret message from James to his fellow aliens that will dominate the world after they release their 12th album.

ZBomber

Octavarium might have been done on purpose to stick with the 5/8 theme...  who knows!

cookienut

Well, there will be 58 James Labries on the next album...

JLB is from Canada
Canada is the second largest country in the world, the US is the third
3 + 2 = 5
DT has 5 members
JLB has 5 fingers on each hand
LaBrie = Dream Theater

Hmmm, the pattern makes sense! All of their best albums have an odd number of syllables in their title!  :lol

Looking back now, I don't understand what I thought was so monumental about the stupid syllable thing.

It was late night, maybe you were slightly drunk. Just thinking...  ;) ;D

You guys ever notice how the end of Six Degrees sounds like the start of As I Am?

Crazy shit man.

And if you play The Dark Eternal Night backwards, it's actually a plan of taking over the world. :omg:

I'm pretty sure this was the clincher right here.

This actually reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Jerry wakes up in the middle of the night and writes down a joke. Then he doesn't understand why the joke was even funny the next day.

More over, he couldn't even read his own hand-writing and asked his friends and strangers what they thought it read. When he finally found out what it was, it wasn't funny at all.

I guess sometimes we think something is interesting on our half-awake states and decide to post about it, then realize maybe it wasn't so interesting after all.

What's the title of that Seinfeld episode? I want to watch it.

Global Laziness

The Heart Attack. Season 2, Episode 8.

All the suggestions were way funnier too.
