There is a guy in my office who has an iPad, and his desk is the most creepy thing ever. Not a single sheet of paper.
It freaked me out so badly.
Did he greet you with a smile and say, "Hello, welcome to the future." ?

I love this from the article:

If you can access the Internet (“the Cloud”), then you can listen to your tunes.

What if I can't?

I was thinking about that new MacBook Air commercial.. "Everything we've learned has come down to this." Really? Everything? How do you top that with your next product? Especially considering that it's not that advanced compared to what has existed for years.

No, that's actually one thing that's not bad about it. CDs are becoming obsolete. We've done that and we're moving on. The problem is that it's too high priced for what you get.

The next Macbook will be called The Macbook Paper. It will actually be paper thin. In fact, it will just be a piece of paper with the words "Macbook" written on it.

Pricess start at 3,000 dollars for a color copy, and 2,500 for black and white. It says it contains all new features such as the ability to fold and be easily recycled.

Joking aside though with the advancements in e-paper, that might actually be true. :lol

Seems plausible...
Killing the mp3? Nah. Sometimes you don't have access to the Internet. You have your music. You have accumulated it for years. What are you going to do now, delete it and start clicking again song for song until you find something you like and build a humongous playlist like you would normally do if you open Winamp and press the shuffle button? I don't think so.

Apple may unveil that, but it won't work!

You know...there's a service in Europe that is called Spotify that does the exact thing that the article talks about. A streaming service. It's free with commercials but can be upgraded to get rid of the commercials and get access to high quality streaming. You pay per month and get access to a HUUUUGE library of music.

It's actually a REALLY big success over here in Europe, particalry here in Sweden. I believe Apple could actually go into that market and take over it completetly. And I for one would gladly end my Spotify subscription and switch to ITunes if that were the case.
Lynxo cured my bad breath with his penis.
