One that should not under any circumstances be climbed.

It was in one of the greenhouses at Kew Gardens (amazing place btw) but I never bothered to check what it was. Next time I go there I'll find out I think!

I feel like these pictures don't really belong because they're not "artistic" if you get what I mean. But they aren't pictures of myself so I guess this is the only appropriate place.

Anyways, there was a peregrine falcon chillin' outside my house the other day. I'd never seen one of these anywhere but a discovery channel documentary so I was pretty happy to see it. Such a pretty bird!

hi glaurung. peregrines are really cool!! they will devour the local birds! in bird photography, there is no substitute for big glass. 500mm big. this will give you the ability to get upclose and personal and throw your backgrounds out of focus. it's always cool to see those birds!!!

totally real. 1/30s pan blur with the camera tilted at that angle. i really dont even remember cropping it. i may have, but not much. thanks for the kind words!!

Just got a 10 stop ND filter in the mail today.
here's a 20 second exposure at f/10, also with a polarizing filter added on.

I think this one was 15 seconds, als f/10

And then I got some pretty flowers opening up

Well here is a few new ones from myself. These were done using my newish 55-200 nikon zoom lens. Love the way the lens is performing for me. Really crisp and really versatile. I really like it for portaits. It does ok at the 55mm too if there is a lot of light to get a high fstop to deepen the focus field. Anyways, here they are:

Wish I could show you my portrait shots, I just don't want to be putting people up on here that wouldn't want their picture up on a random Dream Theater website haha. Hopefully I can get more up sometime. Haven't shot as much as I wanted to.

I might post a before and after of the gazebo shot too. The color correction done to that in order to get the most out of the shot is absurd and a testament to why shooting RAW is important. This is my first batch also since becoming a professional color correctionist. Enjoy.
