Right now I'm hearing Trivium's STSA. It's awesome! Reminds me a lot of their Ascendancy days... Which kicked a lot of ass. I'm really glad that they made an album as good as Shogun and are following that style...

Well, he has an Eigenharp, an instrument which can imitate all instruments, so why not? He'd only have to leave JLB alive.

I assumed he would just tune the whole 7 string down a full (A) or half step (Bb), but not dropped tuning. Totally guessing, though.

I think the sample sounds great! I also lolled at the lyrics in the Taking Dawn track. The Opeth song doesn't sound that great however.
But its impossible to tell from samples.
