Whoa, what a day! So many great news. LTE3 is coming out next year, Blaze Bayley is putting out a new one in March, LaBrie is making an appearence on the new Evergrey record... The year will be filled to the brim with interesting stuff.

New track!

Nothing much different here but solid nonetheless.

Hmm...that was better than I expected.  I'm not a fan of their previous album at all.  This sounds better to me for some reason.  I really like that Tom has dialed back the over-emotive vocalizing he did on previous albums, I think his time in Redemption may have cured him of that.  He sounds SO much better like this.

Seems like a grower.  Slightly different sound for them so I dig.  Nice long guitar solos from both Tom and Henrik, I like that.

Yeah, the guitar solos in this are really good.  :metal

I'll probably stream it for a bit when it drops.  I'll buy the CD from the band if the rest of it sounds like this song.

Interesting. To me this really isn’t much different than most of their songs from their previous three albums. I’d suggest a re-listen to at least The Atlantic album (the one before this), maybe you’ll have a different reaction.

I hope Tom is more involved in the solos this time.  He's a much better lead player then Henrik IMO.

Nope, I'd rather clip my toenails than listen to that album again, it does nothing for me.  I don't have very high hopes for this next one, but I did like that song posted above so we'll see.  I've never really been a huge fan of Evergrey, mostly due to the vocals.

The first solo in All I Have is one of their absolute best. As a whole, The Atlantic has their best soloing, imo. I hope they can come close to that level in the new one.

Tom is amazing on that solo.

If I were to pick their best album for solos, I think I couldn't go past Recreation Day.

The solo from Visions is one of my very favorites by them

And I just wanted to throw out some love for Dark Discovery as well in general. I really love that album.

It's a worthy follow-up to Hymns.  It was a grower but turned into a mighty album.

That Paranoid cover is incredible.

Paranoid is awesome, but I really love Passing Through.  That song is so catchy and feels a lot different than typical Evergrey.

Tom's solo in that one is very classy also.  Really tasteful playing.  Great song.  Possibly my fav on the album.

That's a great song.  I love the video - Patric Ulleaus has this thing where he likes to put the band in the center of a circle surrounded by the cables.  This time, the band is up on risers, which gives it a different look from those other videos he's done for them.

Inner Circle is one I don't spin often.  You really have to be in the mood for it.  It is indeed stunning though.

Finally had the time to check out Where August Mourns, it's my favourite from the ones they've released so far.

Have stayed away from the singles and plan to do so until release date. Love Evergrey and I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Forgot that JLB sang on a song with them. I wished JLB and Evergrey toured together like they did in Europe. There's a very classic picture with JLB and Evergrey during that tour.  :lol
