For my tastes, I wouldn't use "great" and "late '70s live albums" in the same sentence, and none of the albums you listed make a very good case for changing my mind.  :lol  But I also struggle to find much to like about much music from the '70s anyway.

Tokyo Tapes is 50/50 for me.  The first half of the album is mostly filler.  Sides 3 and 4 are mostly strong.  It definitely falls into that late '70s live album category, but it never really got me into the Roth era Scorps (and the omission of The Sails of Charon from the set list is sinful*).

In fact, I'm seeing that the song was NEVER played live...WTF?!

Tokyo Tapes misses a bunch of great tunes from that era.

I love its sound though. It sounds live.
would have thought the same thing but seeing the OP was TAC i immediately thought Maiden or DT related
Winger Theater Forums........or WTF.  ;D
TAC got a higher score than me in the electronic round? Honestly, can I just drop out now? :lol
