The "A Celebration for the Death of Man..." reprise in "...And the Great Cold Death of Earth" might be my new favorite musical moment.

I just got back from seeing them in NYC. my first time ever even listening to them. the girlfriend dragged me xD. but lemme tell you, they were pretty amazing. im not big on the RAWR vocals either. that drummer could step up his game too :( but all in all it was a really good show!

yeah Aesop can be a bit sloppy live. Also not a huge fan of how he changes the drum parts of older songs (pre Marrow) live. But I'm sure if your AT a gig, that sort of thing doesn't matter much.

also, that girlfriend of yours is a keeper  ;)

Not only did two of the members look completely unlike what I pictured but I didn't even know the band was American until my friend told me. They sound so god damn European.

I agree.  It's my second favorite track from PF, behind The Melancholy Spirit.

Bump to say I've fallen back in love with this band. Seriously, I feel like a total retard for not having either The Mantle or Ashes Against the Grain in my Top 50 Albums.

The Mantle owns your soul. If you don't acknowledge it you should just kill yourself.
