Looks like I'm on track then for Saturday. Probably a little longer because I'm midwest. But excited. Did it come USPS or UPS

Now that I've been able to re-read Chapter 1 and start the book once again I must give another thank you to Rich for the initial book and now this updated and improved version! :D

Thanks - I hope you enjoy the rest of it. Apart from the obvious extension, there are quite a few new bits in there, and the John Hendricks bit is a highlight.

Well, now being through the first four chapters I think I can say that the best part is not having come across any obvious "fixes" that found their way into the original, looks great so far! (From a grammar perspective.)
