Come All You Weary

Come All You WearyI've loved this song since the first time I heard it, and it quickly became my favorite Thrice song. Any time I listen to this song, no matter what else is going on, I can calm down and relax for four minutes. This song is a perfect example of how minimal instrumentation and song writing can go so far. I love the slow folk/blues feel of it. Dustin's vocals on this song are one of his most emotive performances; I especially like the chorus.
Why Daedalus didn't make the list:
I've just never been able to get into this song. I'm listening to it right now, and it's not doing much for me. The music in the song is pretty cool, but that's about it. The biggest reason I don't like this song is the lyrics and vocals; they just feel so forced to me (especially the vocals at the end) and I can't get past them. Singing about mythology is best left to power metal bands.

Since Poseidon guessed it, he can do a Thrice list if he wants. Otherwise, the first person who PM's me can go, and I'll edit the thread and put your name in it.
Thanks for following my list!
