Cool idea.  And I would suggest the blurb for each song by written by someone who ranked the song pretty highly, that way each song is given a positive review, even if it didn't end up being one of the more popular songs.  And I think we would all understand if no one volunteered to write a blurb on "You Not Me."

I don't really think anyone's going to need much music theory for this. A note by note rundown of each song is kinda pointless, there's nothing artful about saying "then Jordan Rudess plays the same melody transposed 3 semitones higher." Great, thanks for that, now does anyone care? It's more trying to capture what makes it unique - personal reactions. Or that's how I figured anyway! Seeing as we've got 90 odd songs here which are all vastly different from one another and brilliant (or not!) in their own ways, a second-by-second theory rundown would kinda be doing them a disservice.
