Discuss anything MW here! Will you buy it? Which edition did you pre-ordered? Whatever you want!

Definitely buying it, I'm going to get the basic version, as I don't really see the appeal of buying CoD1.

As for the leak...spoilerz   I am NOT going to be playing at all in that level. From what I saw, it's a pretty large scale slaughter, and while I understand the dev's reasons, I personally won't be mowing down the civvies, even virtual ones. Not gonna stop be getting the game, of course, it's going to be too damn GOOD!

Seriously? I expected this to be my game of the year. I'm a huge fan of the CoD series - all from 1 to 5 (except 2 which was the weaker spot and 3 which I don't know since it was console-only), 4 is easily my favourite, and I felt like nothing will stop me at buying it the day when it's released, even a pretty high price.

Then, I heard the news that there will be no dedicated servers on PC version, so we basically get console multiplayer.

Fuck off, IW. I can't believe it's the same team that made CoD1 - now not giving a damn about PC players anymore thanks to whom they got to the point where they are now. It's just the money that matters, isn't it?

And this is to everyone who whined about how bad Treyarch is - the last patch to CoD5 was released in September this year, with the third mappack - meaning basically that they did it even though they could just forget it, as it was 2 months before release date of IW. But they showed they care about the players who supported them and keep playing the game.

Another proof that being too optimistic is the worst way to go.

I'm buying this for PS3 whenever I can get it soonest. Should be a gas. I'm looking forward to a stern schooling by my DTF vets.

I guess one thing that needs to be explained in the first place is what platform you wanted to play on. I'm definitely PC-only.

Fixed. If I had a good enough compy, I'd get it on that, buuuut...

PS3 is good enough for me ;)

Darkes, Dimi, Chino and I all play on PS3, although I believe Dimi has it on 360 as well.

I'm looking forward to this immensely. My local GAME store is opening at midnight so I'll be heading down there to pick it up. Straight onto the multiplayer, I probably won't even bother with the single player till I've completed all prestiges. And I'll give any of you fools a schooling

I shall be getting it on 360. Being aussie will mean that playing just with aussies will be the way to go if COD 4 is anything to go buy. LAG CITY!

As for the spoiler section...I probably will play by trying to shoot the terry's that Im with...see what happens. Im not that upset by it but man games are getting more and more crazy

Just watched footage of the GoWIII demo, and Kratos physicalls rips the head off the God Helios in gory, cinematic detail. A little bit much, if you ask me.
