This is fairly easy.

Which was the first song Metallica ever recorded and where does it appear in?

it was hit the lights and it was in the metal massacre cd...right?

You haven't asked me a question ???

And you're wrong. It was Lars and James (he did guitars and bass), with a solo by Lloyd Grant.

Yeah, I went back to the other page and saw it. Damn ninja posts.

What they have in common if I'm not mistaken is that they start out with a really fast song, follow by another one, then a more typical heavy metal song and a ballad-y type one.

Though Death Magnetic follows this more closely, so I might be wrong.

I though of that too, but it was so obvious that I didn't think it would've been that.

What was the last song Newsted played with Metallica?

fade to black

how did james break his wrist so his guitar tech had to fill in (easy) and who was it that told him to come out onto the stage instead of lurking behind it (kinda harder)

I know he broke it skateboarding and I think that was the last time he skateboarded too.

Who told him to come to the stage... wow you got me there. I'm gonna guess John Marshall or Kirk.

Now I understand.

Unless there is a more recent one, it's gotta be Mexico City in '93.

If you mean song, as in any song, then it's The Ecstasy of Gold. If you mean Metallica song, I'm gonna go just off the Seatle 89 concert and say Blackened.

My question: where was it that Metallica was gonna play and later cancel because of the weather in 1992?

The answer to my question was Puerto Rico. I know you wouldn't get it, no one outside of Puerto Rico knows it!

Hmmm... it's not that they have more than 10 songs, because you didn't put The Black Album... it's not that they don't have a title track because Kill 'Em All and Death Magnetic aren't there and St. Anger is... It has to be that those are Metallica's longest albums.

Actually, AJFA is not longer than St. Anger. In fact, St. Anger is longer by almost 10 minutes.

Question: Which is the only Metallica song with writing credits solely belonging to James Hetfield?

Wrong. It's Motorbreath.

They split the album so they could finish working on the songs that became ReLoad.
