There's a doughnut shop in downtown Portland called Voodoo Doughnuts. Take a look at their Bacon Maple Bar doughnut: https://voodoodoughnut.com/menu.php

It sounds kind of gross but it's the best doughnut I've ever had and any time I buy doughnuts now I always get some bacon to throw on top.

They have some other interesting doughnuts as well (the Cock N' Balls is another favorite of mine :eyebrows:), but the Bacon Maple Bar is my favorite.
