The Absence - Deepest Wound

Would it be too ironic to suggest Tim sent this?

I found bands called My Memory Remains, and Thy Memory Remains... can't find an appropriate song that fits the theme and description though.

Ultraviolet?

Band number 15 was sent in Tim's last roulette from memory.

Number 12 is a band name of the guitarists surname.

Can't hint anymore at number 10, clues are there.

Song number 3 has a saxophone.

This round is quite a dip in quality from the first two I gotta say.  I'm finding it hard to even properly rank some of these while I'm listening.  Not sure why yet.

Round 3 Kipressions!

Now these were first listen impressions a few days ago.  Like usual, some of these have been cemented or changed.

More twists and turns than I was expecting, but pretty enjoyable and really enjoyed that second half.  Not sure it's a home run though.

What a fucking interesting submission.  I did find it kinda captivating though, but I think that will turn out to be pure novelty.

I thought the band were different to this.  Not sure but that chorus was really quite good.

Hmmm....not really my style, but that was okay.  Need another spin.

Not what I expected but I didn't mind that at all.  Intense atmosphere and the kind of vibe I'm feeling right now, but not sure on the second half.  Could be a grower though.

Wasn't sure at first, but I quite enjoyed it the more it went on.  Not sure it fully hits the mark though.

Hmm.......yeah, this is quite okay, as much as I don't want to say it.  Like others though, not sure on the lasting power.

Man, I kept drifting off during this.

I thought this was fucking cool as shit.  Even the solo surprised me.

I should hate this type of song, but I found it quite appealing and enjoyable.  Nice performances indeed.

Seriously, WTF is this?

This gave me a strong 90's vibe, but I enjoyed the rawness and heaviness.

Yeah, pretty damn strong melodic death metal, nothing new though.

Pretty cool for what this is, even though it's not really much.

Puppies - Old school and pretty ripping!

Litho - Pretty straightforward melodeath here, nothing stood out but nothing turned me off.  Need another spin.

TAC - Yeah, this was really nice and easy on the ears.

The more I listened the more I liked the atmosphere, but probably not gonna stick.
