I definitely don't get the interpretation of the theme. Only two got 4s, one of which is "With Arms Wide Open", which seems like it should come after "How You Gonna See Me now", or well before "Big Shot".
Of course interpretations are a subjective matter by definition. "With Arms Wide Open" struck me as a life changing event capable of leading from immature debauchery (Big Shot) to redemption (How You Gonna See Me Now), and it stood out as the most original and unexpected.
That was mine, and that's exactly how it went down in my life. I'm not exactly "sedate" now, but having a daughter at age 32 changed the game irreparably, and given that I met my then-wife when I was older but still single - and we got to go to Block Island and drink our faces off on a whim, or go to New Orleans for a fast weekend, cancelling our flight because of the hurricane and renting a car instead so we could eat more oysters before the evacuation kicked in - well, you can't do that when you have a baby looking to you for survival. And while that child didn't end our marriage, it changed it, and those seeds of change ARE what ultimately ended the marriage. "How are you going to see me now that my priority isn't YOU and YOUR personal satisfaction?"
This was the easiest theme round I've ever participated in, ever.
