Oh yeah, basically half the album could be my favorite song ever tbh.
Basically my favourite album ever too, probably.

But favourite song? As an album listener that's a tough one, how the hell do you pick out just one song to be a favourite?

Same way you pick out one woman in the world to be your favorite.  :lol

You mean you had the option of more than one?

What's the deadline for first round submissions?  Normally I send earlier, but yesterday was a bit...err...busy, and the day before I made a tentative meal plan for the remaining rounds, subject to spontaneous revision.  Today I'm listening through proving grounds candidates.  Deciding whether to test the waters (checking for tasty swimmers) with something a bit risky, and if it flops, then I just get to have fun chomping down on everyone with overtake points in round 2.

I translated it into Taiwanese, then into Afrikaans, then into Pig Latin, and then back into English.  I think it still makes sense.

So, ever since I sent the song for the first round, I've been obsessively listening to it. It's like I reconnected with an old friend, except the song is not that old  :)

Great tune, but it's not a tearjerker, and that song has fucked me the 2 or 3 times I've sent it, so I'm gonna just keep that one for myself. :lol

I prefer the piano only version. I've sent both, and come to think of it, the scores have almost brought me to tears. :lol

I'm so out of touch. I had never even heard of her until I heard a Christmas song on my work intercom radio that I liked. Once I found out who it was, I looked her upon Spotify and she had like a billion streams...  :lol

It's not a bad song per se... Just gets in my head in all the wrong ways. It's funny, I follow some mma fighters, so the algorithms suggests me reels of knockouts and stuff on both Instagram and TikTok, and for some reason all the female fighter clips are done to that damn song. I can't escape it hahaha.
